Abstract

This paper analyzes the level of knowledge of professional drivers and dispatchers regarding international transport documentation in Serbia. Numerous international organizations, such as ICC, IATA, UIC, IRU, WCO, and WTO, develop standards, procedures, and forms that enable the legal and proper transport of goods across borders. Familiarity with these documents is essential for avoiding issues during customs checks and the transport of specific or hazardous shipments. The research was conducted through an online survey, and the collected data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS software. The results indicate the level of preparedness of professionals to comply with international regulations, emphasizing the importance of proper documentation and knowledge of rules for safe and lawful international transport.
